An intimate dining experience complete with antique piano is coming to Winter Park. Orlando Business Journal reports the opening of Café-Boutique Piano, a restaurant venture taking over the 1,200 square-foot retail space at 558 W. New England Ave. In addition to European cuisine, the restaurant will feature live piano music.

The owners, Andrei and Larisa Makhaev, have reportedly worked for 30 years in the hospitality industry in Europe. This will be their first US restaurant. Tom Schmidt, founder of Orlando-based Site Commercial, represented the restaurateurs and told Orlando Business Journal the food will be authentic European cuisine.

Once it is fully operational, the space at 558 W New England Ave will seat 36 patrons, although an exact opening date has not been set for the eatery. The café is headed to the heart of Winter Park, which we’re told is a fast-growing submarket in Central Florida. Cafe-Boutique Piano is projected to open sometime in 2022 and will share the immediate area with eateries like Mynt Fine Indian Cuisine, CFS Coffee Winter Park, and VINIA Wine & Kitchen.
