Permit intel obtained by What Now Orlando indicates Takumi will make improvements to the existing restaurant space by expanding the current service bar into a sushi bar and removing a dividing wall in the dining area.

Takumi serves artisanal Japanese food like ramen, sushi, poke bowls, bento boxes, Hibachi, and more. The menu has everything from tempura and crab Rangoon to a substantial sushi and sashimi menu. You can build your own noodle bowl or enjoy the eatery’s Vietnamese Pho or Nabeyaki Udon. And we’re really just scratching the surface.

We were unable to reach the owner at the time of publication, so you’ll want to keep an eye on Takumi’s social media for updates on the opening of the N Orange Ave location. And of course while you wait, Takumi is open for takeout at its Ocoee location.
