It appears that the restaurant will be occupying the space of a rentable marketplace space formerly known as “Let’s Make A Deal Co” which implies the restaurant will feature considerable indoor dining space, apt for large groups or events.
“Our ice cream is made on the spot, right before selling it to the public,” Matos says. “In any flavor of ice cream you choose, you can find pieces of real fruit.”
The restaurant will be run by Sun Holdings Inc., a massive restaurant operating group which runs a wide array of notable American fast casual restaurants.
“I have owned other restaurants, such as Takaro Steakhouse, but this will be my first ramen restaurant. I have a lot of friends who have done the same and it’s gone well for them.”
The restaurant will feature a twenty-seat patio, beer, wine, and some liquor, and a basic menu of soups, sandwiches, and plates featuring lobster, shrimp, grouper, and other standard seafood fare.
