A food truck spinoff of the Idaho-based Real Deal Smoke and Taphouse is coming to Orlando this summer, owner Justin Mitchell confirms.
He is currently finishing up the licensing and permitting process, as well as looking for viable locations and events to book. His parents opened up the original concept, The Real Deal Smoke and Taphouse, in Challis, Idaho, in 2019, which specializes in slow-cooked smoked meats made with real fruit wood. His food truck, The Real Deal Smokehouse, will offer similar fare to his parent’s place. There are no other details available at press time.
