Local Puerto Rican favorite Grillers will soon open a new location at 2140 S Chickasaw Trail, according to recent public records.
Corroborated by social media activity, a reel on the Grillers Facebook shows a video tour of a brand new kitchen, equipment still wrapped in plastic.
“We ready!” the caption declares. “Dreams come true for those who stand up for them.”
Dubbing itself the “Best Puertorrican Cuisine in Central Florida”, Grillers serves a classic menu of seafood, grilled meats, fried plantains, rice and bean dishes and other staples of the Hispanic Caribbean, with a full bar to top it all off.
No opening date has been announced.
