“We have lived in the area for twenty-plus years,” co-owner Cristina Dewrell tells What Now Orlando. “The boba tea market is booming right now, but there are not too many shops on this side of town.”

Dewrell explains that, apart from the outpost’s signature boba, they will also serve “light bites” such as croissant-waffle snacks and waffle-dogs (think corndog, but replace the corn batter with waffle batter).

Regarding the space, Dewrell says it will be primarily indoor seating, though whether or not outdoor seating will become available is up to the shopping center where the shop will set up.

So, when can reager readers taste Dreamy Tea’s exciting new offerings?

“October 7,” Dewrell declares.
