bb.q Chicken Orlando debuts this weekend in the Mills 50 District. Built by the company who aims to be the Top Franchise Company in the World, Genesis BBQ Company acts as parent company to bb.q Chicken.

According to their website, they pride themselves on serving the healthiest premium chicken. That’s just the foundation, but what really brings in their customer-base in droves is how their chicken is prepared.

Established in Korea in 1995 with over 1,000 stores, bb.q Chicken makes “KFC” or Korean Fried Chicken.

Their menus boast loads of fried creations with such flavors as Golden Original Chicken, Secret Spicy, Galbi, and even Gangnam Style Wings. 

The brand recently announced their plans to open up to 15 Orlando-Area locations in the coming few years. According to the Orlando Business Journal, we can expect new locations in West Colonial, Lake Nona, UCF/Waterford Lakes and Altamonte Springs by 2022. 

Franchise Owner Daryl Kim confirmed the location at 1246 E Colonial Drive is scheduled to open on December 11th. Follow along with the expansion of bb.q Chicken and read their story via their Website.
