The brewery is set to be a part of the new development by Unicorp National Developments Inc. called The Mark at Horizon West. “Located in the charming city of Winter Garden, The Mark offers a versatile retail neighborhood center encompassing 21 acres,” according to their official website.

The Mark is set to have many retail shops, restaurants and cafes such as a Starbucks, a 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Papa John’s pizza, and more. The New York Beer Project is set to be the only brewery in the development at this point.

The New York Beer Project started in New York and has been expanding ever since. The brewery serves many of their own brews on tap and has a wide selection that changes from location to location. The brand is also known to open breweries that host events “such as Firepit Festivals, Margaritaville parties, NYBP Cruise Nights, special Beer Release parties, and” more!
