According to recent reporting in FFBW, Just Like Momma’s Soul Food and Wings an Orlando food trailer owned by Valerie Sparkman will debut a brick and mortar this summer.
“Just Like Momma’s Soul Food and Wings has been operating on the weekends as Sparkman is a teacher during the week; however, she shared that she’s retiring to take on opening the new restaurant,” the report states.
“Currently building out at: 44 E 5th St, Apopka, FL 32703, Sparkman is planning a grand opening for July 7th. The restaurant, Sparkman said, will be open Wednesday through Sunday, from 8 am – 7pm, and on Friday and Saturday, they’ll stay open until 9 pm.”
The report states the menu will serve southern style soul food, chicken wings, oxtail, greens, plant based and vegan dishes, and even breakfast, which Sparkman wasn’t able to provide in the trailer, per FFBW.
