According to a recent report in Bungalower, Park Hill Restaurant Group will soon be moving in with Cupid’s Hot Dogs at 1515 Lee Rd in north Orlando. While co-owner Eliot Hillis states that the concept will be a “philosophical extension” of Red Panda Noodle, he insists that the new, yet-to-be-named establishment will have its own identity.

“Our new menu will be completely different from Red Panda,” Hillis tells What Now Orlando. “The opening menu will be exclusively ramen-style noodles and snacks such as hot nuts and fried corn.”

The Bungalower report states that the plan is to open a drive-thru window and a 50-seat dining room, a significant upgrade from Red Panda’s food truck operation.

“We hope to open the building as a robust concept in the near future but will be commencing operations immediately as a commissary space. We are excited and grateful for the opportunity Cupid’s has given us,” Eliot Hillis told Bungalower.

“We cannot thank Orlando enough for sharing in our successes as we have grown from an idea, to a tent, a trailer and now an honest to gosh building. Every moment we are able to serve we fall deeper and deeper in love with the city and it’s people,” Hillis added.

Founded by Eliot Hillis and Seth Parker, the two have been growing their presence and reputation in central Florida in recent years—their recent project, Orlando Meats in Winter Park, FL, earned the duo a Michelin nod.

A housewarming party for the new operation is set for December 4th. No opening date has been set for the full-fledged space.
