What Now Orlando recently spoke to owner Xiang Zheng who tells the publication “We will be serving traditional Korean BBQ, like grilled steaks, short rib, kimchi, tofu soups, stuff like that.”

Xiang Zheng elaborates on the space, explaining that it will be over a sizeable 5000 square feet, and feature an outdoor patio and full bar on site.

While there was not much more conceptual information that Mr. Zheng could provide, readers should feel confident in his ability to deliver a quality dining experience. Illustrating Mr. Zheng’s versatility in a recent report, Hometown News Volusia stated “Mr. Zheng is a veteran of the Florida restaurant business. In April, he opened The Proud Crab in the Dunlawton Square shopping center. He also owns Takara at The Pavilion at Port Orange and the Clyde Morris Boulevard-based Joy Luck Café.”

“He likes to diversify. The three aforementioned establishments are a seafood restaurant, a Japanese steakhouse-sushi restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant that leans toward take-out service.”

When asked about a potential opening date, Mr. Zheng does not yet have a firm, guaranteed date to provide.

“I don’t know yet. Right now the restaurant under construction,” Zheng tells What Now Orlando. “Maybe by April, but I am not sure.”
