What Now Orlando briefly contacted owner Maria Alavardo who had little information to provide about the upcoming cafe.

“Right now I’m still coming up with the menu,” Ms. Alvarado said. “And I’m still in the process of deciding our opening date.”

Beyond this bit of information, Ms. Alvarado chose to not provide further comment.

It is not clear whether this will be Ms. Alvarado’s first foray into restaurateuring. Locals may recognize her as the owner and operator of Quality Lathe & Stucco Corp, a company that provides quality home finishes in the central Florida area.

If Alvarado translates her mindset at the helm of the company – “to provide excellent customer service from start to completion of a project, to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, our reputation is based on service, safety and quality, regardless of how large or small the job is, me and my team will always be here to meet and exceed your expectations.” — to her upcoming restaurant, then readers can trust that the upcoming eatery will serve food & drink at a high level and build a lasting relationship with the community.
