The build-out is now underway, and they are expecting an October opening, Lopez reports. The new construction project has eight units, three of which Maracas will occupy.

The new location will more than double the seating capacity of the last, and Lopez cited having a larger space as their reason for moving. The current unit has 55 seats, and the new one will have 125.

According to Lopez, they will be able to transition seamlessly into the new spot without having to close the current one until they’ve fully transitioned.

Luckily, because they are only moving across the street, Kissimmee residents while have to travel no further to enjoy the same restaurant in a bigger and newer location.
