The Waterford location will appear at 12301 Lake Underhill Road, Suite 121, and the SoDo location at 1725 S Orange Avenue. According to Boveri, the locations should open in late February and April, respectively. Both units are currently undergoing construction.

The chain, which is known for its USDA-certified organic ingredients, attracted the Boveri’s because of the transparency about the ingredients. Their interest grew when they became customers at the Winter Park location.

Laura Boveri shared with What Now on Monday: “We just loved the concept of organic food… [that’s] transparent about what you’re getting. We started to research it a little more and really loved what the company stands for.”

Any foods that do not meet USDA-certified organic standards are listed in a “transparency board” in the Heathrow location’s dining room.

The company offers cold-pressed juices, sandwiches, wraps, açai bowls, smoothies and toasts, among other things.

A plan review filed with the city on January 27 is still “in process.”
