Jeff’s Bagel is owned and operated by Jeff Perera (the Jeff in Jeff’s Bagel) and Danielle Perera, a husband and wife duo. The Pereras started a Kickstarter crowfund in an effort to open a brick-and-mortar location and quickly achieved their goal of $10,000 in less than three hours with the overwhelming support of their fans. The Kickstarter closed out at under  $23,000 which helped the Pereras launch their shop.

“When my wife and I moved to Winter Garden in 2016 we began our search to find a good bagel,” according to their official website. “This was not only hard to do, but nearly impossible. The closest bagel we found was a 40 minute drive away. This wasn’t going to work for us.” This is how Jeff Perera started making bagels.

Jeff’s Bagels serve New York style bagels that are hand-rolled and boiled. The shop launched in August 2019 and is now opening it’s first location in July 2021. Follow them on Instagram for updates.
