According to a recent report in QSR, the rapidly expanding Jeff’s Bagel Run has finally found its Kirkman area — a 1,200 square foot space at 4732 South Kirkman Road, just off I-4 and the Florida Turnpike.
“I’ve never had so much fun in my entire life,” said Jeff Perera of Jeff’s Bagel Run to QSR. “While Danielle and I are in the shop mixing up new flavors our team is busy delivering on our growth strategy and preparing to welcome customers in different neighborhoods.”
“I visited the Oviedo construction site this week and I’m so excited for the progress,” added Danielle Perera of Jeff’s Bagel Run. “We look forward to greeting customers in many of these new locations just after the holidays.”
The fast-casual bagel shop’s impressive expansion comes on the heels of their partnership with 1337 Capital. Since then Jeff’s Bagel Run’s ambitions have skyrocketed.
“Our goal this year was to get to 10,” Justin Wetherill of 1337 Capital recently said.
“Construction and permits took a bit longer than we wanted. Realistically, we will finish this year with five. Next year, we hope to open 25, and those will include our first stores out of Orlando. We are looking for leases outside of the area, and a lot of the 25 will come outside of Orlando.”
