One new location will be coming to Winter Garden to 9250 Miley Drive, Suite 100 and will be operated by franchisees Chris and McKenzie Cohen. The second location set to open in Orlando will be on 310 N. Orange Avenue, right off W Robinson St and will be neighboring cat cafe The Kitty Beautiful, French brasserie DoveCote, coffee shop Foxtail Coffee and more. This franchise will be operated by franchisees Carlos Ferreira, Marcos Alencar and Hector Rivera.

President and CEO Andy Howard announced in a recent press release that the brand is planning to open 11 new restaurants in the Cocoa Beach to Palm Beach area in Florida, nine restaurants in Fort Lauderdale, and three restaurants in Gainesville. “I’m asked all the time, what differentiates Huey Magoo’s from all of the other tender concepts,” said Howard in the same press release.  “I imagine they all say that their tenders are the best, but we just say, ‘Try Huey Magoo’s!  Let that tender melt in your mouth, and then you will agree our tenders are  the best in the industry.’”

Huey’s Magoos tenders are marinated for 24 hours before being breaded and fried or grilled. The brand also serves chicken sandwiches. The sides include Texas toast, crinkle fries, fresh-cut chips and cole slaw.
