“Foxtail Coffee Co. was founded by Alex Tchekmeian and Iain Yeakle, two lifelong friends who met years ago in South Florida while in the same kindergarten class,” according to their official website. The duo opened their first store in Winter Park and now has cafés throughout Central Florida. They believe “coffee should be purposeful, celebrated, and enjoyed,” and make sure to roast their coffee beans on site for utmost quality.

The coffee shop recently opened locations in Howell Branch, SoDo North and the Truist Building. It seems like the Plaza Venezia branch is set to be the brand’s 23rd store.

Plaza Venezia is owned by Regency Centers and features 202,522 square feet of property with shops, grocery stores, restaurants and more.
