Owner and Chef Shaun Noonan shared with What Now on Wednesday that he and his team are in the leasing phase of bringing Oviedo, Tampa and St. Pete Dharma locations. These locations are projected to open at the end of the year if all goes smoothly in their development.

The vegan restaurant has a storied history. Chef Noonan began his culinary career working in Chicago, Orlando, Atlanta and Bulgaria. However, before he opened his first gig, he became a trucker and raised the funds to create The Vegan Hot Dog Cart. Then, he opened Dharma as a mobile operation, did a stint serving out of a gas station, and – fast-forward to now – has three established outposts in Sanford, Orlando and Tampa.

Once the central Florida locations are established, Chef Noonan plans to venture down south. Sometime in the near future, Fort Lauderdale and Miami will receive their Dharma. After Florida, Chef Noonan plans to make nationwide moves.
