“The burgundies and browns have been swapped out for emerald green, white and black,” the report state.

“A lighter, brighter overall tone lifts the heaviness of dark wood wall panels and midcentury modern geometry replaces the swirls on the carpet.”

“Chef Juan Suarez has introduced new menu items designed to engage diners more fully. The Grand Seafood Tower is visually stunning. A $100 baked potato is decked with gold leaf and caviar. Carabineros Shrimp — a paella dish — looks like art. “

“The Bull & Bear Carving Board comes with tomahawk steak, fried chicken, Maine lobster tail and two sides.”

In closing, The OBJ notes that the redesign was “spearheaded by Boston firm Parker-Torres Design Inc. In line with designs for other clients like Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach, the firm emphasizes soft colors and a modern feel.”
