A hard opening date has not been released, but the company is hoping for early fall. Construction is slated to begin in May, and the approximate address will be 1700 West New Haven Ave. The company will employ approximately 35 people, according to the spokesperson.

The location will near several other eateries stationed around and in the mall: BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, Charley’s Philly Steaks and Estampa Gaucha.

First Watch, who derives their name from the nautically inspired first shift of the day, serves an array of breakfast, brunch and lunch options. They have also rolled out in the past year a brunch cocktail menu, in which they offer uniquely crafted drinks and traditional cocktails, like bloody Mary’s and Mimosas.
