Collab Kitchens is a type of “ghost kitchen” in Orlando (read this article on What Now Denver if you’d like to learn more about what a ghost kitchen is). With this new move, “there will be a carry out option!” according to their official Instagram page, “and deliveries will be made through a third-party delivery service.”

“I have been stunned by the enormous amounts of kind people that truly appreciate my pizza,” writes Brad Czerkies of Brad’s Underground Pizzeria. “I’m still a one-man one-owner operation, and I do this for the people of Orlando. I do this because we need it.  I do this because this is the food I grew up on and love. I enjoy getting to share a little bit of my childhood with everyone.”

The new operation is set to begin in July, but follow them for updates.
