“We’re an all air-fry restaurant—greaseless, across the board,” Mr. Mireles proudly tells What Now Orlando. “The first one in central Florida.”
The upcoming establishment will serve flatbread pizzas, burgers, salads, wraps, quesadillas, tacos, brisket, breakfast offerings, and eventually wings and brunch, according to Mr. Mireles.
But the establishment’s charm does not stop at its eclectic menu.
“We’ll also have outdoor cornhole, a shop selling handcrafted candles, jewelry and clothes, sports on TV, eventually we’ll also do beer and wine — our application is pending — along with comedy shows, live music, karaoke, texas hold ‘em, and more,” Mireles adds enthusiastically.
And while clearly the menu and concept are cause enough for excitement, Mr. Mireles’s belief is especially rooted in his and Mrs. Kennedy’s approach to ownership.
“I’m not about money, I’m about people,” he states. “And we’re not your normal restaurant owners — we truly care about our customers. No one else is doing what we’re doing, and we believe we’ll kick off strong.”
Pending inspections and permitting, the duo is ariming to open “by the Super Bowl.”
