According to recent public records, national fried chicken chain Raising Cane’s may soon be opening its next central Florida location.

The store could be located at 8718 International Dr, current home of Friendly’s. Apart from a brief note detailing “new construction”, no further detail is available.

Founded by CEO Todd Graves in 1996, Raising Cane’s has since become a national force in the fried chicken fast-casual market. The brand stands out in its simple primary offering of boneless chicken tenders which can be ordered along with fries, coleslaw, and thick Texas toast. Customers also have the option to order the chicken tenders between buns as a chicken tender sandwich.

Until the new Orlando location opens its doors, curious foodies will be able to soon find the brand in O-Town West.

No official opening date has been set.
