Brixmor Property Group Inc. and Live! Hospitality & Entertainment, a division of The Cordish Companies, have signed an agreement to bring dining and entertainment to Pointe Orlando, according to a press release this week.
The hospitality company plans to develop approximately 36,000 square feet of immersive indoor and outdoor space anchored by Sports & Social and PBR Cowboy Bar, as well as an outdoor “Live! Plaza” for special events, live music, sports watching, and festivals. Two additional concepts will be announced at a later date. The target opening date for the new dining and entertainment hub is 2024, the release notes.

Sports & Social and PBR Cowboy Bar combined have nearly 20 locations nationwide including The Battery adjacent to Truist Park in Atlanta; Ballpark Village adjacent to Busch Stadium in St. Louis; Texas Live! in the Arlington Entertainment District; and Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex.
Sports & Social is a restaurant and bar concept that offers sports watching, live music, and social games all under one roof. Guests can expect a full menu of made-from-scratch gameday favorites, curated cocktails and specialty drinks, including its signature Crush selection, and a variety of beer from national brews and local favorites.
Born from America’s original extreme sport, the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Cowboy Bar features a “professionally endorsed” mechanical riding bull, multiple signature bars, and private VIP booths.

Adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive, The Pointe in Orlando is an open-air entertainment destination featuring local and brand-name restaurants and bars, including The Capital Grill, Maggiano’s Little Italy, The Oceanaire Seafood Room and The Hampton Social. Entertainment options include Orlando’s only Main Event Entertainment, WonderWorks, Improv Comedy Club, and Blue Martini.
