Two restaurants will go into the old Manny’s Chophouse location, one national BBQ chain and one regional Mexican, according to the leasing agent.

So, the site is likely to house a Sonny’s BBQ and a Mexican restaurant not affiliated with the company.

The property is 5,144 square feet and is located just north of Disney World.

IServ LLC, the company that leased the property, is a licensed franchisee of Jeremiah’s Italian Ice as well as Sonny’s BBQ.

Manny’s Chophouse has three remaining locations — in Haines City, Lake Wales and Winter Haven.
