Ideliz O’Neill will realize the dream of opening her own salon next year when Alora Salon & Skin Care opens at the Celebration Pointe development, located at World Drive & Interstate 4 in Celebration, Florida.
“My dream was to open a salon, and now the time has come to do it,” said O’Neill.
With more than a decade in the beauty and wellness industry, O’Neill has operated under the name Ideliz O’Neill Spa inside of the Toni Michael Salon. She told What Now Orlando that the same treatments and services she offers at that location will be available at Alora Salon & Skin Care, in addition to hair services.
“It will be a hair salon with spa services.”
Services listed on O’Neill’s current website include facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, spray tanning, brow and lash tinting and make up services. O’Neill has her own line of cosmetics that are paraben-free, fragrance-free, gluten-free, hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic, and infused with vitamins and antioxidants.
In addition to O’Neill, the salon will employ six stylists and a receptionist, with plans to open sometime late Spring or early Summer 2022.
O’Neill, who lives in Celebration, said that the area was the ideal place for her to open her first brand location due to the demographics and its proximity to Disney World.
“It’s a great area next to Disney and a good place to have a high-end salon because of the population of Celebration and the tourists.”
Celebration Pointe is a grocery-anchored development with 127,277 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The area enjoys direct proximity to Interstate 4 and to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Epot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Disney World resorts. Unicorp National Developments Inc. is listed as the leasing agent.
