Popular Cocoa Beach establishment Rock the Guac will open in the upcoming Great Southern Box Co. Food Hall, according to owner Ron Perales.
“It’s like Chipotle, but better,” Mr. Perales tells What Now Orlando.
When asked why Rock the Guac is better than the US’s most popular build-your-own Mexican fast casual brand, Mr. Perales points to RtG’s raw material.
“Our flavors and ingredients are simply better—chorizo, rice, queso; for vegan people we have jackfruit and things like that.”

While no opening date has been announced, it is likely the restaurant will open this summer.
