“Bahn Mi Boy, which serves the sandwiches featured in its name and Vietnamese coffee, will get a refresh to its dining space and menu. Items like the Crispy Pork Belly Bánh Mì, fried tofu and summer rolls will remain, while new items like “pho” French dip, Viet-Cajun oyster po boys and Saigon beer-battered crispy fish with chili jam are expected to come,” OBJ reports.

“We want to bring fresh experiences to Orlando, and the city, especially Mills 50, happens to be a place where people are very welcoming to new ideas,” Johnny Tung said in a prepared statement. “We’re hoping to attract locals and visitors alike.”

While no opening date has been set, the concept is expected to debut its new version this summer.
