“The Broadway Brunch show is going over there. That’s our most popular show, the show everybody loves to see,” said owner John Paonessa. “We want to keep the performers employed. I also want to help out my fellow business owners.”
Jack & Honey’s is stacking up its evening entertainment offerings, said Mike Goings of Jack & Honey’s. “We definitely need the extra revenue, and by doing these events, it helps us and the overall business. That’s the big thing: trying to keep the staff working extra hours. So, these events are a good thing for us to do right now.”
“In addition to recurring events already on the calendar — like Disco Brunch with DJ Lou Bear — plus the new ones booked as a result of the Hamburger Mary’s transition, Jack & Honey’s will host a standup comedy show once a month called Comedy Buzz,” OBJ reports.
No permanent address for Hamburger Mary’s has been announced.
