“At The Burrow Cafe and Playground, we seek to create a unique space for individuals and families to connect, work and socialize together in comfort and style; enjoying high-quality local coffee and snacks while encouraging imaginative, open-ended play through a loose outdoor narrative,” the brand states on Tech Hub Orlando.

Further illuminating the concept and its background, the brand’s Instagram tells the story:

“Morgan and Jovana here. Just a couple of working mamas (and sisters-in-law) trying to wrangle our collective 5 (almost 6) babies and retain what little sanity we have after our 30s have attempted to take us down.”

“But you know what? No. Why? Because we’ve worked too hard to get here so we’re not going down without a fight.”

“Heres what we’re proposing…we create a space where BOTH adults and kids are considered. Where one doesn’t have to sacrifice for the other (because let’s be real…primary-colored plastic, microwave pizza, loud music and flashing lights just isn’t doing it for us). Where kids are not just tolerated but WELCOMED, where adults can see but not hear, where a conversation can be finished and where a GOOD cup of coffee can be had whilst still hot.”

“Welp, that’s what we’re working on. And hopefully when we get this project done (stay tuned for some semblance of a timeline, but it will be in 2024!) you will feel less inclined at the end of the day to run to your bathroom with a glass of wine and lock the door behind you, and your kids will be so pooped from playing and engaging in good old fashioned FUN that they sleep a full 12 hours and don’t wake up…not even once. The dream, amiright?!”

No opening date has been announced.
