The first, Bruno’s Oysters, will be headed by chef Bruno Fonseca. Chef Fonseca is also the lead behind the pop-up concept The Foreigner, which is going brick and mortar soon (read more about it here).

According to Orlando Weekly, Bruno’s Oysters will occupy a 2,000 square foot space to serve beer and oysters in a casual setting.

Look out for Bento Sushi + Poke, a rendition of the Bento Asian Kitchen + Sushi concept. Founded in 2002 by brothers Jimmy and Johnny Tung, the brand has spread throughout the state, amassing over 20 locations.

Norikase Hand Rolls, the next vendor to take on a laid back air, will be a more casual version of the Jacksonville concept Norikase. Expect a menu comprised of high-quality seafood ingredients led by David Tsan.
