What Now on Tuesday came across a plan review filed with the DBPR for another Dairy Queen franchise location in Osceola County. Franchisee Palakben Patel confirmed details about the new business.
The plan is for the new fast-food and dessert shop to appear at 1155 N Narcoossee Road. According to Google Maps, this location is currently a vacant plot beside the freestanding Narcoossee Oaks Animal Hospital. The nearest restaurant, Dominoe’s Pizza, is also a franchise chain.
Patel does not have an opening date or estimate to share. She and her team are early on in the planning process, and they are still waiting for the city’s approval for the work. The plan was submitted on May 3 and is still in process.
