According to the filing, the café will appear at 3819 Avalon Park E Blvd. They will neighbor Avalon Neighborhood Tavern & Pizzeria, Brix & Mortar Urban Winery and Nature’s Fuel Smoothie & Juice Bar.

When this restaurant is planned to open is unknown. What Now reached out to owner Nancy Diaz for more information, but we have yet to hear back from her.

The filing, which was initiated on June 24, is still in process. This suggests that the brand is in the early planning stages, but this has not been confirmed.

It is thought that the café will have Puerto Rican influences. The coqui is a native frog to the area, and a popular brand of Puerto Rican coffee is called “El Coqui.” However, What Now has not been able to confirm this with Diaz.
