The franchisee Luan Pham confirmed his position, upcoming location and contact information, but did not provide more information to What Now Orlando. He was working in the store and was not available for further comment.

Founded in Orlando by Paris-raised Hien Tran and former Saigon-based baker Doan Nguyen, the chain currently boasts 11 stores across the United States, according to the company’s website.

The brand’s signature dish is the Banh Mi, a type of Vietnamese sandwich with colonial-era French influences that is often filled with pork, chicken or patés. Apart from the namesake signature serving, the chain also offers burgers and croissants along with milk tea and coffee.

Boasting locations throughout Florida, California, Michigan, Texas, Colorado, North Carolina and Ohio, the Altamonte Springs location will be the newest in the Orlando area.
