Marine and Gregory Galy, the French restaurateurs responsible for concepts spanning the state of Florida, are planning another concept in the Orlando area. The couple has just opened Ava MediterrAegean, which is described on its website as: “A multi sensory transporting venue bringing dining experience and pleasure together in a refined and spirited atmosphere.”

The specifics and details of the new concept are slim at this time, but the Orlando Business Journal reports: “Gregory Galy said they are in talks for a new concept in the Orlando area, but declined to elaborate further on specific location or timeline. Marine Galy added that it would be a new brand ‘as transporting as Ava MediterrAegean.’”

It is also mentioned in the report that the couple is looking to expand throughout the state of Florida. In Miami, they have a sprawling concept on called Casa Neos in the works, scheduled to open in late 2022. It will be a 30,000 square foot hub featuring an open air Mediterranean restaurant, a members-only beach club, five boutique hotel rooms, and a rooftop lounge.

What Now has reached out to Gregory Galy for more details and is still waiting to hear back. A location and timeline are still unknown.
