“What we bring is a new specialty of tacos called steamed tacos, called tacos de canasta in Spanish,” owner Mauricio De La Garza tells What Now Orlando. “It’s an extremely popular type of taco, especially popular in Mexico City.”

“It’s the perfect takeout taco as we sell it in a reheatable container in which the tacos can be reheated in over 48 hours.”

Mr. De La Garza is eager to highlight the eatery’s authentic sourcing and menu.

“We respect a very traditional approach to Mexican food as we make all our food from scratch. All our ingredients are sourced from Mexican-approved suppliers.”

“We’re going to have Mexican desserts such as flan, rice pudding, and cajeta, aguas frescas such as hibiscus, mandarin, pineapple, and lemonade, in addition to the Jarritos soda line.”

Mexican food fans should note that Season Taquitos will have a constantly rotating menu to keep offerings fresh.

“The logic behind the name is that we’ll be introducing a new taco each month.”

And when and where can readers expect future locations?

“We’re probably going to be in Miami very soon and we’re going to have an additional location in Orlando around East Colonial, more or less, in around six to eight months.”
