“We’re excited to tell the public we’ll be in such a touristic spot,” co-owner Fatima Cline tells What Now Orlando.

When asked whether the new location will depart from the food truck menu, co-owner Jose Cline is in no rush.

“Eventually, the menu will change but at first it will be the same.”

So, why a brick and mortar location now?

“It was time,” Jose says. “It had been some years running the food truck and we felt it was time to offer clients a place to sit and enjoy our food with their families.”

When it soon opens, readers can expect a “pretty ample space” with “over 100 seats.”

Unfamiliar readers can expect a classic lineup of tacos, quesadillas, and tortas along with special plates such as papa asada, esquites, birria and birria ramen.

“Delicious, authentic and full of flavor, La Eskinna serves Mexican food to people in Orlando who dare to try the real taste of Mexico,” the official website says.

“With our innovative curbside system we were able to perfect the Food Truck idea while adapting to the constant changes in our environment.”
