The concept will be a fusion of several cuisines that Otero is seeing appear in the area, like Mexican, Italian and Caribbean, along with aspects of his Puerto Rican heritage. In a phone interview with What Now, Otero also confirmed that he will also incorporate healthy eating trends by serving vegetarian and vegan options.

According to leasing data, the space is 1200 square feet. Otero commented that there may only be four to five tables in the dining area. But there will also be a heavy focus on serving take out. With the intimate space, Otero aims to have a more direct service connection between himself and his guests.

Still in the process of obtaining permits, Otero hopes to begin remodeling the space soon. Otera has a loose goal for opening sometime in April
