Chef-Led Concept Coming to Hilton Garden Inn

A new high-end, chef-led concept is coming to Orlando, according to a recent press release.

“Leiah, Orlando’s next-best restaurant, is emerging onto the dining scene,” the release states. “Leiah aims to provide a unique dining experience with its handcrafted cuisine, curated wines, and elevated atmosphere. Renowned chef Omar Torres, known for his executive roles at prestigious establishments like The Ritz Carlton, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, and Marriott Autograph Collection, is the driving force behind Leiah.”

“The restaurant will be located on the ground floor of the Hilton Garden Inn, occupying a 1,200-square-foot space. Recently, a 5-year lease for the establishment was signed, indicating the commitment of the team to bring this culinary vision to life. Leiah plans to hire a total of 19 employees, including a sommelier, who will contribute to enhancing the overall dining experience. One of the key aspects of Leiah’s culinary philosophy is the use of top-quality ingredients.”

“The restaurant sources its produce from local farmers who practice sustainable farming methods, ensuring that all fruits and vegetables are cultivated organically. Similarly, Leiah pays careful attention to the selection process of seafood, only partnering with fisheries and distributors that provide ethically sourced seafood while adhering to guidelines for responsible reproduction.”
