What Now Orlando spoke with the owner, Cheyenne Arias, for more details about this new location and what it will offer. Arias says that the new restaurant is under construction at its old location. She says that the building will be built larger than the restaurant used to be, with new additions, and that it will offer the same menu as the current location.

According to Arias, one of Le Taco Trap’s specialties is “birria tacos” that have been “slow-cooked for about 18 hours.” Arias says that other popular dishes include “birria egg rolls, tacos, quesadillas, nachos and loaded birria fries.” For dessert, Arias says that customers seem to love their “cheesecake tacos,” which are taco shells dusted with cinnamon sugar that are filled with a homemade cheesecake filling with the option of toppings.

The new location is expected to open in around 6 to 8 months if construction goes as planned. To donate to the restaurant’s rebuilding GoFundMe, click here. For more information about Le Taco Trap, visit their Facebook or Instagram.
