Kura Sushi offers authentic Japanese dishes made with high-quality ingredients. It is Kura Sushi’s philosophy and ongoing promise to prepare food using natural, premium ingredients free of artificial sweeteners, seasonings, preservatives and colorings.

The Revolving Sushi Bar is the primary belt that snakes throughout the entire dining area with various sushi plate offerings that are protected by our patented Mr. Fresh ventilated sushi lid, which limits airborne exposure and has plate-tracking technology that monitors how long the item has been circulating, ensuring your food is always fresh from the conveyor belt to table.

The Express Belt is positioned above the primary belt. They refer to this as a “sushi highway,” as guests can place orders using the touch panel tablet at their table and their food arrives directly to them from the kitchen. They have over 140 menu offerings, but with the Express Belt system, you’ll always be able to enjoy your favorite plates without having to wait for them to come around on the primary belt. The tablets located at each booth and counter space allow you to pick what you want to eat. The kitchen staff receives a notification when you place an order from the tablet; the kitchen staff then preps the dish(es) and sends them zipping down the top layer express belt directly to your table.

The Bikkura Pon Prize System is an integral part of Kura Sushi USA’s innovative and tech interactive dining experience and is comprised of a prize machine, touch panel and plate disposal slot located at every table in the restaurant that are connected via sensors. The touch panel registers the number of sushi plates dispensed into the plate disposal slot. After every five plates inserted, a short animation will play on the touch panel and after every fifteen plates inserted, a prize will be dispensed from the prize machine. We often collaborate with popular Japanese and Japanese-inspired brands to develop various prizes, or we’ll develop original Kura Sushi prizes.

In a recent technology implementation, Kur-B the KuraBot delivers drink orders tableside. How this works is once our waitstaff receives a notification about a party’s drink order, they place the beverages on Kur-B and program it to deliver to the corresponding table. With the added features to the tablets, guests can place their drink orders directly on the tablet and check-out on their mobile phone, limiting their wait times for service and providing more options for how they want to experience Kura Revolving Sushi Bar.
