“Breakfast at Tiffany’s will be a stylishly elegant restaurant that will serve breakfast and lunch,” the official website states.

“Breakfast at Tiffany’s will serve some traditional breakfast items along with some items with a fresh spin. Don’t forget the coffee! We will pour you some fresh, hot coffee, upon being seated. For lunch, we will offer burgers, sandwiches, soup, and salad. Again, don’t forget the coffee!”

Owner Tiffany Hobgood tells What Now Orlando that readers can expect exciting dishes such as the Sausage Gravy Bomb, a kind of reverse biscuits & gravy in which the sausage gravy is on the inside of the biscuit, baked, and then topped with garlic butter.

In way of lunch, Mrs. Hobgood expects the Chicken Taco Soup to be a hit —  “kind of a chunky chili, served with tortilla chips, topped with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese,” she explains.

Hobgood is also eager to note that they will be serving “Coffee with A Purpose”: coffee from the Texas-based supplier Hope Coffee which sends all of its revene to the farmers in the Central American countries from which the coffee is sourced.

When asked about the upcoming establishment’s atmosphere, Hobgood says, “We are going for a midcentury modern design, but mostly we want an atmosphere in which people feel welcome. We will have usb and charging ports, so if you want to come and have a call or meeting there, you can come to Tiffany’s and enjoy our calm, clean atmosphere.”

Concluding the call, Hobgood enthuses about her passion for Leesburg and the city’s bright future.

“We like supporting Leesburg. Right now, it’s going through a really big change. Our city is improving, our schools are improving, and downtown has done a great job in spurring those changes. We want to be part of this movement, bringing something nice to downtown.”

The restaurant is expected to open sometime in October.
