Coming from the Tavistock Restaurant Collection, Nami will be an intimate, 10-seat omakase counter and will reportedly offer a “modern approach to the traditional chef-curated experience”.

In addition, the restaurant will feature an “energetic cocktail bar” with “thoughtfully prepared menus that juxtapose precise technique with playful nuances to offer Nami’s interpretive take on Japanese ingredients and flavors.”

What Now Orlando reached out to Tom O’Brien, Chief Operating Officer at the Tavistock Restaurant Collection, but he was in meetings and not immediately available to comment on a specific opening date or month.

In the absence of such information, readers can rely on Gotta Go’s reporting of a summer opening.
