According to Radius’s website the new development is “a modern high-rise apartment community coming to the Lake Eola Heights and Central Business District neighborhoods of Downtown Orlando, Florida.”

Not only will this new high rise building be a vertical community of sorts, but it will also house multiple storefronts. Ding Tea will set up shop on one of the ground floor storefronts.

Ding Tea is a very popular global brand with 100+ shops in North America, 200+ shops in Southeast Asia, 100+ shops in North-East Asia, and soon one in Orlando.
