The central Florida-based Foxtail Coffee Company will soon debut in Viera, according to a recent report in Click 6. The outpost will be located at 7500 Lake Andrew Dr, within Addison Square, an upcoming development which will also house The Soup Shop.
According to Click 6, Erik Costin, vice president and partner with W&J Construction in Rockledge, reportedly said they “wanted to expand the food options at Addison Square, which also will be home to Sage Dental of Viera and Foxtail Coffee. He hopes to sign on another restaurant for the plaza. There’s a space at the end of the plaza with plenty of room for outdoor dining.”
Defining their mission statement on the company website, Alex Tchekmeian and co-founder Iain Yeakle state “Alex and Iain launched Foxtail on simple and basic principles – to roast great coffee that guests can enjoy in an inviting and comfortable environment. Believing coffee should be purposeful, celebrated, and enjoyed, they built a company that approaches producing coffee as a craft and serving coffee as a celebration.”
Readers unfamiliar with the rapidly expanding brand can expect a classic selection of espresso-based drinks, batch brew, tea, and the brand’s “world famous cold brew.” No opening date has yet been set.
