Eric Holm is known to be one of the most successful franchisees down in Orlando, with his claim to success tied to the 33 or so Golden Corral franchises that he operates, as well as Colt’s Pig Stand, a local BBQ joint with locations near Daytona and Deltona.

The city of Maitland is excited to welcome Peach Valley Café and according to their official Facebook page, the café space will feature a “southern-themed concept complete with a large, tree-shaded covered patio for outdoor seating and revamped interior featuring an open kitchen, spacious table settings and even diner-style counter service.”

The official Maitland Facebook page continues to share its anticipation by describing the menu options at length, such as delicious and comforting “breakfast fare with home-style pancakes and waffles, omelets, meats, cereals, classic sides, fresh fruits and baked items.” Or, “the lunch menu [that] features sandwiches and burgers, salads, wraps, soups, chicken pot pie, fish tacos and more.”

It seems like there’s still some months work to do before this location opens, but be sure to check out this Florida-favorite café when it does!
