“Geoff and I are eager to introduce Eggs Up Grill to Apopka and be involved in this wonderful community,” says Kate Rozen in a statement. “We know Eggs Up Grill’s guest experience and menu will offer residents the best new breakfast, brunch, lunch and catering restaurant in town, serving guests sunup through lunch.”

With indoor seating for 121, plus an outdoor patio, the 3,200 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheerful atmosphere. The Apopka restaurant will offer counter and communal seating, serving guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dine-in, online ordering, takeout and delivery options available.

Eggs Up Grill caters events, big or small, with a menu featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy and muffins. Salads and sandwiches are available for catered lunch.

Prior to joining Eggs Up Grill, Giordano worked with Marriott International for 13 years, most recently serving as a manager of food and beverage at Orlando World Center Marriott. Rozen brings 25 years of marketing and branding expertise to this new family business. She has worked with leading Fortune 100 companies and as a global brand leader for large ad agencies in New York City.

Giordano and Rozen came across Eggs Up Grill while searching for a new business venture, and fell in love with the brand, the leadership and opportunity to own a profitable business in the breakfast segment that values family and community.

“Our family is our top priority, so being able to combine our entrepreneurial spirit with a brand that is conducive to family life was exactly what we were looking for,” says Giordano.

The Apopka restaurant is actively hiring; anyone interested in employment at Apopka or O-Town West can apply at eggsupgrill.com. The restaurant also hopes to employ local military veterans. For more information, follow @EUGApopka on Instagram and Facebook.
