“Serving up Twisted creations from the heart of Latin America to the Deep South,” reads the restaurant’s Facebook. “The Twisted Lime is a spot where fresh food and cocktails meet an atmosphere that is alive with energy. Enjoy our extensive selection of Tequila & Whiskey at both our patio and inside bars.”

“Super excited to be doing all the art for #thetwistedlime, coming to Vero Beach in 2024!” another recent Facebook post by the establishment’s brand designer and artist Kenny Maguire states.

Apart from these tidbits of information, very little detail is available about the upcoming restaurant—it should be noted that Twisted Lime is a well-established restaurant and sports bar in the nearby Bahamas. It is not immediately clear whether the Vero Beach restaurant will be tied to the Bahamas one in any capacity.

Despite the secrecy of the project, readers can trust Groth and Sofen to bring their experience and success to the table. The self-described “seasoned restaurant veterans” created a “Treasure Coast gem by bringing an almost 100-year-old building to life with great food, great drink, great atmosphere and great service” with Ft. Pierce’s highly popular 2nd St. Bistro.

No opening date has been announced.
