According to the report, the burgeoning brewery brand is looking to build a 40,000-square-foot production brewery, taproom, and food hall in the new Hills of Minneola development, close to Florida’s Turnpike and Hancock Road according to founder Andy Sheeter, via the Sentinel

Sheeter’s reported objective is “to create a destination brewery, No. 1. Then, No. 2, have something we’ll be able to continue to grow into for the next 10 years.”

“Our demand in our distribution footprint in Central Florida continues to grow. We want to be able to continue to grow with that,” Sheeter told the Sentinel. “We focus on just Central Florida. Our plan for the near future is to continue to focus solely on Central Florida.”

What Now Orlando was unable to reach Mr. Sheeter for additional comment, but eager readers should expect to temper their expectations for an opening until at least two years from now—at this point, the new site is set open in 2025, but the planning is early in the process, according to CEO Alan Delahunt.

Founded in 2014, the current Crooked Can location in Winter Garden features an onsite tap and tasting room and a new ‘Barrel Room’ featuring seasonal and specialty batches of award-winning craft beer, according to its website. The brewery boasts a robust beer menu featuring IPAs, Pale Ales, and Lagers.
